I moved from CA to FL. I sold my rental properties in CA and invested in a MHP in FL, but I still use the same CPA I had in CA because the firm and David Kasperik are fantastic - very knowledgeable, always up on current law and ways to reduce taxes. I would recommend Incompass Tax in Sacramento. Their fees are very reasonable and if you check out any site for reviews, they are always at 5 stars.
