I’m looking at a park where the city requires 8 ft by 45 ft pads under mobile homes. So I’m wondering if I bring in a 14 by 70 SW can I use the existing pad and then use piers for the rest of the trailer? Or would it be best to pour a larger pad? As near as I can tell the regs don’t require the larger pad - of course the building inspector would probably be happier if I did pour a larger pad.
Yeah, this is probably a stupid question, but I figure it’s better to display my ignorance and ask for help.
