Closing in two days and need Leases or Rules

I am closing on my first park (finally!) but I dont have leases or rules. I dont see anything in Brandon’s dropbox (so im not sure if this is an issue in asking).

Its in Omaha NE, so ill double check on local regulartions, but if anyone has anything it would be a huge help.
