City sewer question

Hey question, park is city water and sewer. Who is responsible for the actual sewer/water pipes underground? City? Park Owner? Tenant for TOH’s? Thanks

Not the tenant. Otherwise, it depends. Probably the park owner if the City says so. Usually the city owns a meter and everything on the source side of that, but not always and that rule doesn’t help for sewer.

Usually if the tenant has a direct bill from the city then the city is responsible for those lines up to the meter. Sometimes also if your roads are maintained by the city, sometimes those lines are maintained by the city. However, its much easier to call them and ask. The tenants responsibility is only for his/her unit. If its a POH then that’s your responsibility.

This question is probably best asked directly to the Utility Provider. We can only speculate here.
