I’m a Canadian real estate investor with an 8 plex and 4 plex and I’m looking at getting into mobile home parks, and going to the boot camp. Just wondering if there are any Canadian investors who have gone to the boot camp and how they enjoyed it?

I have been to two Boot Camps and am planning on a third in the new year. They are very informative and give you unparalleled information in the park arena. I knew after my first boot camp that i was going to be buying a park and now two years later i have three and currently working on my fourth. The numbers don’t work as well in Canada and there aren’t that many available as in the US. Hope that helps and wouldn’t hesitate going again!
