Well, I found another MH very close in proximity to me. It is really nice. Many homes are fenced in and have “yard” space in others. I found about 5 homes vacant. Two I noticed had numbers to the same person; I assumed may be another Lonnie dealer. Is it bad to buy from another investor?
I’ve purchased several properties from other investors. Just make sure the deal works for you. Some investors are great negotiators and get deals at unbelievable prices. I used to buy single family homes from an investor and did well on every deal.
