Buying a MHP with small lots

I am looking at buying a 74 spaces MHP. The size of the lots will support a home up to 70 ft x 16 ft.
Is this something that I should be concern with? This will be my first MHP but I have been reading and looking for a park for over a year now.

I would consider that a mid sized lot and not a small lot, I think you’re fine

As long as you can fit 16x70’s you should be fine. Noel is right those are mid sized lots. That is not ideal, but it can be worked around.
