Collecting payments often takes the most time…reminding tenants to pay, tracking late and return fees, etc. For a mobile home park, many of the residents may not have a bank account or don’t want to use a bank account, so make sure you have a method to accept cash. Schedule My Rent allows tenants to pay with cash at any MoneyGram location (Walmart, Smiths, etc.)…the tenant pays with cash and the money is automatically recorded and sent to your bank…tenants can also pay with their bank account or a credit card.
