Best rates for refinancing parks in Southern Cal?

We’re considering refinancing two parks worth $11.75mil in So Cal. Do you have lenders you recommend? Do you know the most recent rates? Is it possible to get 4.00% on 10 or 20 or 30 year financing?

Obviously you want to go with non-recourse debt which is best obtained through a loan broker. I have worked with a loan broker who is very responsive. Feel free to DM me if you’d like the info. I have no financial affiliation with him at all.

As for rates, I don’t know the exact going rate right now but I’d guess it’ll come in somewhere in the 4.5% range on agency debt. 10 to 12 year fixed with 25-30 year am should be obtainable.
