Bank for 40 space park in West Florida?!

Hey guys!

Could someone point me in the direction of a mhp friendly bank to finance me a 40 space park with all POH in Santa Rosa County in Fl? Park is close to Pensacola and have so-so paved roads, septics and city water. I’m looking for financing asap and would greatly appreciate your insights!! National lenders suggestions are also welcome!
