Any tips on assuming agency debt. I just locked up an off market deal less than 2 years into a seller refinance with Fannie. Looking to assume with a supplemental, would love any tips on the process and things to look out for during it.
@JimFletcher This probably goes without saying, but you should get a good loan broker. They could walk you through the ins and outs better. I have a pretty good one, but he has a limited area he works in. You likely would have done this already, but you may want to Google a MHP loan broker.
