Yes. Still looking. Lots of unworkable deals out there… Folks have become pretty proud of their stuff. The big boys have scalped away most of the bigger, better parks. Not a lot of scraps left over for regular folks.

Here it is 6+ months after my last post, and yes investors are still buying. We currently have 1 property under contract and are awaiting the decision on another offer we made on a small portfolio. In the past few months, we have made at least 10 offers on individual parks and small portfolios. Of the offers we made that did not turn into purchase agreements, there were multiple offers received and prices have gone for above asking prices.
Awesome! That’s what I have been seeing.
W are seeking investors for a large new park in SC and we will also develop in GA and FLA.
We are seeing many transactions this year. Similar to last year.
