We are applying for a bank loan to purchase a 31 lot mobile home in Wichita Kansas. The bank requires an appraisal.
The bank got a quote for an appraisal for $2600. That seems very expensive? Is that the going rate?

What is your basis in thinking the fee is too expensive?
Everything commercial is way higher than residential.
I paid $1500 recently and that was the lowest of 4 quotes.
The appraisal was a 50 page doc that I wouldn’t have written up for $1500. It would have cost you more.
