I almost went with Appfolio but went with Rentmanager instead and has been great per the advice of many on the board. 500+ lots at this point. Remember Appfolio being considerably more expensive. Think there are some good threads on this if you search. Also, I think checks/money orders are much more common for my tenant base and have struggled a bit to get people to pay directly online, so Paylease fees are also a consideration.
Can anyone else out there let me know what they’re paying Paylease per scanned check/money order?
