PM me. I’m somewhat familiar. They do own and manage many properties.

Hey how has your experience been with RLM managing your properties? Andy seems like a really nice guy

They don’t actually manage my properties. I only met with them over lunch and talked about possibly buying properties they had for sale. I sat with them prior to lunch while they worked and took calls from their park managers. They definitely know the business and seem to have a handle on the parks they manage.

We had a call with Andy about 6 months ago. He offered a “turn key” like MHP investment opportunity to us. It included an initial 5-digit consutation fee and a potential exit fee if they sold it for us. Additionally they offered to manage the property for about $300/month. They claimed that they are crews ready to work on our property since they had other properties being managed in the area.

For various reasons we did not pursue the opportunity with Andy. In particular, there were two things that caught our attention. One was the acreage on the park was off and second he told us that it was an off market/unlisted property. However, we quickly found the property listed on loopnet and the listing on loopnet showed about 3 acres less for the property compared to what he had told us.

He seems to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. But I would do my due diligence on everything that is being said and more…

Best to you. Let us know how it works out.
