Happy New Year to all! We have formed a small partnership and have successfully purchased 2 mobile home parks with a 3rd under contract. We have an IT industry background, so tools and processes are very important to us and are paying dividends as we scale. We’ve also hired an acquisition manager who has dramatically increased our active MHP pipeline. Our goal is to acquire 30 parks in 3 years. If interested, happy to jump on a call to discuss. Thx!
