As indicated months ago Jason has no parks for sale. We left our phone number 918-314-4574 with finally a call but no parks listed. We closed on a Florida park in Sept. but generally the market has low cap rates or the park is a messânice ones usually never hit the open market since Sun Communities or similar are willing to pay less than a 5 cap. Noticed a 5.6 cap in Ok. with septic and wellâcrazy numbers with a price of $5,250,000.
