I am adding 2 BBQ and Picnic areas to a 25 space park with a nice grassy area in between two rows of homes. I wanted to know what I should look out for or any advice I should take into account. I am a little concerned with tenants cleaning up their ashes properly. The park has a fair amount of children under 10.
