Our family has owned parks for the past 40 years, I started on my own probably 15 years ago. Met Frank at a seminar back in San Diego a very long time ago and immediately knew this guy was on top of his game. After listening to today’s Filibuster talk, I have to reach out and say a big THANK YOU to Frank for all his priceless help/advice/knowledge he has unselfishly shared with the world on Mobile Home Parks. Although I wish he didnt put out so much info out there to share this priceless info, I am still grateful for all the info you have shared.
