I think 10 years is a great number. As you indicated, i think you need the lower priced homes to make it work so the numbers aren’t sky high and also maybe better markets because you don’t want to be sitting there with an 800 home plus lot rent number where 2 beds are renting for 600.

I don’t think id be able to sleep signed on exposure for homes at 23 year terms… thats just wild but i guess not the area i really dabble in so maybe above my head.

No one’s lender has backed out on us as far as I know.
